Training philosophy:
“My approach is participant-focused: every course is designed to meet individual needs, enhance specific competences, and build confidence in using English at work. All trainings emphasize interactivity, active language use, and reflective feedback. Because language, communication, and intercultural skills are inseparable in today’s global environment, my training concepts integrate all three into a coherent and practical whole.”
